છાત્રાલય અરજી: વિદ્યાર્થી અને વાલીની વિગતો, જન્મતારીખ, જ્ઞાતિ, હાલનું અને મૂળ સરનામું, અભ્યાસ, ફોટો, આધાર કાર્ડ, ઓળખ/પ્રમાણપત્ર, વિદ્યાર્થી પુરાવો અને રૂમની પસંદગી.

2. માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ

આ માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ સમાજની ડિરેક્ટરી અને વ્યવસાય સૂચિઓ ચલાવવા, પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ આપવા, ખાતાં સંભાળવા, શૈક્ષણિક પરિણામોની નોંધ અને ચકાસણી કરવા તથા છાત્રાલયની અરજી અને રૂમ વ્યવસ્થા સંભાળવા માટે થાય છે. લાગુ પડતી સેવા માટે જરૂરી માહિતી ન આપવાથી તે સેવા ઉપલબ્ધ ન થઈ શકે.
